Terms and Conditions

  • All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Senior climbers (60+) must show ID.

  • Youth climbers must show government-issued ID indicating their age if asked.

  • Children must be accompanied closely by an adult at all times. Children under 4 are free.

  • Members must agree to our gym rules.

  • Memberships and passes are subject to GST.

  • Rentals are subject to GST and PST.

  • Punchcards can be shared if the owner of the punchcard is present.

  • Punchcards expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
